Amaryllis by Angela Bishop

"Amaryllis" Pastel Painting

This painting was completed last year. It's just a little one, 4 by 5 I think. I was testing out a new paper (Bristol board) and while I had some trouble getting used to the new painting surface, I was quite happy with the way the painting turned out.

I don't have this painting available for sale in my Etsy shop but I still have it if anyone is interested. Just send me an email at: angela292@hotmail.com

Thanks!

This kitty was so much fun to paint. I have to thank Nancy Rose again for allowing me to use her photo as a reference. I'm not sure I did the photo justice, but it was fun trying. :)

This painting was completed on pastelbord with mostly pastel pencils. It is available in my Etsy shop for $50 and free shipping.

A painting from the archives today. My hand is still healing but I did manage to complete a watercolor painting today. Because this is a pastel only blog I will not be posting about these new adventures here. If you're interested in following my journey please visit my personal blog. Thank you!
