One of my favorite scenes in Rocky Mountain National Park is the view of the Continental Divide as you drive up Bear Lake Road. In late Fall, while the aspen trees are still golden , snow will fall on the mountain tops above and create a contrast of seasons. I've attempted to capture this juxtaposition with this pastel.
