This is a pastel on Mi-Tientes paper of a typical beach scene on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. I call it "Storm Over" because I was roaming the deserted beach one winter day after a Nor'easter and took a photo. The sky was two colors of blue and I thought it would make a good painting.
